Digital Media Buying Planner Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital strategy and planning for brands in web, social media and mobile. Planning includes continuous performance assessment.
  • Analyze digital data, provide insights and present relevant analytical data to brand advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
  • Guide brand management toward understanding the best digital approach for their brands. Additionally, control and manage the digital budget for the respective brands.
  • Develop campaign proposals, review campaign performance with client and plan for future campaigns.
  • Develop digital training to educate peers and management within the company.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years agency experience as advertising or online media campaign manager. Previous digital planning experience desired.
  • Strong capability in digital analytics, measurement and optimization. Preferably, experience with Google Analytics, Omniture and other Web Analytics programs.
  • Cohesive knowledge of search marketing (SEO and SEM).
  • Experience in coordinating outbound channels (CRM, social media, PR, onsite promotions, etc) to implement successful client campaigns.
  • Be able to understand the technical concept of web advertising and networks.
  • Solid relationships with brand advertisers and media buying agencies.
  • Strong Excel skills, experienced in template designs and formatting of reports.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve goals, coupled with passion for web technologies.
