- Have 5 years of working experience in related field
- Bachelor degree S1 in engineering or electrical from reputable university
- Master degree in marketing will be an advantage
- Male or Female, preferably not more than 40 years old
- Able to work under target
- Experience of leading business-oriented organization
- Good in English, both oral and written
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and creative
- Good computer skills
- Has a driving license
- Willing to travel
