Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain harmonious industrial relations at all levels.
- Maintain good relations between employers and workers, unions, and agencies - agencies.
- To socialize and monitoring of the implementation of labor regulations, policies - management policies and programs relating to industrial relations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
