Retention Specialist, - Berjaya Time Square, DiGi Retail Centre
(Kuala Lumpur)

  • Your Responsibilities:
  •  Responsible for retention initiatives for various products at the Retail Center by understanding customer problems, seeking to resolve their issues, and to offer relevant product and incentives to retain the subscriber
  •  Responsible for keeping abreast with DiGi’s products, services, marketing campaigns (e.g. rate plans, contracts and handset packages), systems, processes and technology content / displays
  •  Involved and participates in ensuring the DiGi Retail Centre is a reflection and representation of the DiGi brand and organization at all times and DiGi property are properly handled / maintained (laptops, handsets, furniture, kiosks, touchscreens, POS)
  •  Proactively strives to achieve Retention KPI and to provide the relevant feedback and report to the Head of Retail Center and Product owner to improve retention processes and offerings.
  •  Ensures proper conduct, discipline and representation of the DiGi brand, value and organization at all times
  •  Responsible for grooming and maintenance of own appearance, ensuring it is aligned to DiGi’s expectations and standards
  •  An active participant in DiGi Retail Centre meetings : discuss KPIs, challenges, brainstorm ideas/action plans and forward plan

  • Your Merits:
  •  Minimum Certificate / Diploma qualification with at least 2 - 3 years customer service experience.
  •  Good communication skills and language proficiency in English and BM. Mandarin is an added advantage
  •  Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills
  •  Results & service oriented, proactive attitude
  •  Well groomed – neat & tidy, professional & pleasant disposition
  •  Must be willing to be located at any assigned DiGi Retail Centre / DiGi Centre whenever required
  •  Must be able to work shifts, during public holidays
