Responsibilities:
- Will lead and supervise the team in day-to-day client servicing and operations of assigned accounts
- Will act as Brand Integrator for all the divisions under assigned accounts
- Must possess strong leadership and management qualities
- Multi-tasking
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Have ability to work independently or with a team is a must.
- Pro-active to propose sound recommendations and communication plans for his/her assigned accounts
- Must have experience in presenting to clients with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Must have experience as Associate Account Director in advertising industry for at least 2-3 years
- Good communication skills
- Effective problem solving skills to handle the internal disputes, maintaining the proper standards within the team
- Good in English; speaking, written, and reading.
- Strong computer profiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
